Terms of Service
Last updated: July 16, 2026
These Terms of Service govern the use of TranslationTouch’s website and services. By requesting a quote, submitting a project, or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to the terms below.
1. Services
TranslationTouch provides Arabic-centred localization services, including translation, AI post-editing (MTPE), linguistic QA and review, transcreation, subtitling, and desktop publishing (DTP), for English↔Arabic and Arabic↔French language pairs.
2. Quotes and Project Scope
All quotes are based on the information provided at the time of request (word count, content type, language pair, and turnaround requirements). Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual scope differs materially from what was described — we will always confirm any change with you before proceeding.
3. Turnaround Times
Standard turnaround times are communicated at the time of quoting and depend on project volume, complexity, and service tier (Standard, Premium, or Rush). Turnaround estimates are not guaranteed delivery times unless explicitly confirmed in writing for a specific project.
4. Client Responsibilities
To deliver accurate, high-quality work, we ask clients to:
- Provide source content in a clear, editable format where possible
- Share relevant style guides, glossaries, or reference materials
- Respond to clarification questions in a timely manner
- Review delivered work and report any concerns within a reasonable timeframe
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms (amount, currency, method, and due date) are agreed upon before or at the start of a project, typically communicated via quote or invoice. Specific payment terms may vary by client and are confirmed individually — please refer to your project agreement or invoice for exact terms.
6. Revisions
We stand behind the quality of our work. If a delivered translation contains genuine errors (accuracy, terminology, or quality issues), we will revise it at no additional charge. Requests for stylistic changes beyond the original brief, or changes to source content after delivery, may be treated as a new project or billed separately.
7. Confidentiality
We treat all client content, files, and project details as confidential. We do not share client information, project details, or company names publicly without explicit permission — including in cases where a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is in place.
8. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, translated content becomes the property of the client. TranslationTouch retains no ownership claim over delivered translations. We do not reuse client-specific terminology, branded content, or proprietary material for any other client’s project.
9. Limitation of Liability
While we take every reasonable step to ensure accuracy and quality, TranslationTouch’s liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of translated content.
10. Cancellations
Projects cancelled after work has begun may be billed for work completed up to the point of cancellation. Cancellation terms for larger or ongoing engagements will be specified in the relevant project agreement.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict of law principles.
